General

This following guidelines and policies are for complete hydraulic pumps, motors and their components only.

Warranty Policy

Warranty consideration will be provided on individual component parts if tolerances do not comply with the manufacturers specifications.

No warranty whatsoever shall be provided to individual component parts that fail upon installation due to inconsistencies within running or mating surfaces that have not been adequately match lapped prior to installation.

Deviation of contours between concave and convex surfaces will produce excessive internal leakage, loss of pressure and potential failure if not rectified upon installation. JL Parts Inc. assume no responsibility in whole or in part if correct rebuild or assembly procedures are not utilized.

1.	JL Parts Inc. warrant the products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of up to Twelve (12) months for construction application and Six (6) months for forestry and mining application, from date of shipment.

2.	All claims must be submitted in writing and accompanied by pictures of the affected product claim. Should pictures not be available, JL Parts Inc. may require the product to be returned to the designated warehouse for inspection. * Click here to download 'Warranty Claim Report' form

3.	All claims will be investigated and upon acknowledgement and acceptance of the claim, the defective product will be replaced at cost or equivalent credit will be granted. In no event shall JL Parts Inc. be liable for any incidental costs to include labor, freight, loss of time, etc.

4.	Warranty does not extend to consequential damages, goods damaged or subject to accident, abuse, and misuse after shipment from JL Parts Inc., nor goods altered or repaired.

Return Policy

All return items must be in their original packaging and in immediate resalable condition in order to be acceptable. Return freight should be prepaid.

1. Stock Items

1) Returned within 15 days from date of shipment, full credit will be allowed;

2) Returned after 15 days, a restocking charge of 20% in net invoice value will be charged
accordingly;

3) Any return after 30 days will not be accepted.

2. Non-Stock Items

For non-stock items, returns will be honored if our suppliers accept returned items. In addition to a restocking charge of 20%, the return freight charge will also be invoiced.

Payment and Credit Policy

1.	Payment is required in advance, by cheque, money order, credit card or wire transfer.

2.	A service charge of $50.00 will be assessed for returned cheque.

and it does not imply that any part listed is the product of these manufacturers.
